How Obama-Biden Government Overreach Destroyed My Life and Threatens the American Dream

How Obama-Biden Government Overreach Destroyed My Life and Threatens the American Dream

By Jason Cardiff

How Could This Happen in America?

Do you know that the government can seize your assets overnight—and then deny you access to your own money to defend yourself? Most Americans don’t realize this is possible until it happens to them. I didn’t. I never imagined that in the United States of America, a country built on freedom and justice, the government could take everything you own without due process and leave you with no way to fight back.

But that’s exactly what happened to me.

Under the Obama-Biden FTC’s orders, every dollar I had was frozen or seized. My businesses were taken over, my personal accounts drained, and my ability to pay for basic necessities like healthcare and child support was stripped away. Worse, I was denied access to the very money I needed to hire legal representation to defend myself. The government left me defenseless by design, ensuring that I had no way to fight their baseless allegations.

This abuse is rooted in a systemic flaw that has gone unchecked for decades. Federal agencies like the FTC are granted sweeping powers under statutes like Section 13(b), which they have weaponized to destroy lives and businesses without oversight or accountability. These agencies operate as both judge and jury, deciding unilaterally to freeze assets before a court even determines guilt or innocence. By the time you get your day in court—if you ever do—the damage is already done.

And it’s not just asset seizure. The Obama-Biden administration’s DOJ and FTC exploited the legal system to ensure I had no chance of rebuilding. Through coordinated civil and criminal actions, they used tactics like parallel prosecution to target me from every angle. Evidence gathered in civil proceedings was improperly shared with criminal investigators, violating my rights and stacking the deck against me. This isn’t justice—it’s an abuse of power.

How did we let this happen? How did we allow a system to exist where the government can act as prosecutor, judge, and executioner without checks and balances? The answer lies in decades of unchecked overreach, enabled by political agendas and a lack of accountability. Agencies like the FTC have expanded their authority far beyond their original mandate, using vague statutes to seize power they were never meant to have.

This isn’t just about me. It’s about every American who believes in fairness and the rule of law. If the government can destroy my life overnight, what’s stopping them from doing it to you? This unchecked power is a threat to democracy, innovation, and the fundamental freedoms we hold dear.

It’s time to demand answers. It’s time to demand accountability. This is not the America we were promised.

The Irreversible Damage of Government Overreach

Personal and Business Assets Seized

Under the Obama-Biden FTC’s orders, a court-appointed receiver froze all my personal and business accounts, leaving me unable to access funds for even basic necessities. My personal property, including jewelry, art, and sentimental items, was seized and sold off. Business assets like equipment, inventory, and intellectual property were auctioned for pennies on the dollar.

The FTC didn’t stop there. My family home—where my wife and children lived—was nearly sold outright because I couldn’t pay property taxes or insurance. The government left us with no way to protect our home, our belongings, or our future.

This was not about protecting consumers or upholding the law—it was about inflicting maximum damage. Asset freezes like these are often touted as temporary measures, but in my case, they became a financial death sentence. The government didn’t just take away my ability to operate my businesses; they took away my ability to survive.

Collateral Damage to Employees and Communities

The government’s actions didn’t just harm me—they harmed everyone who depended on me. Hundreds of employees lost their jobs when Redwood Scientific was dismantled. Vendors went unpaid, communities lost a thriving business, and customers who relied on our smoking cessation products were left without support. The ripple effect of the Obama-Biden administration’s overreach extended far beyond my family, impacting countless lives and livelihoods.

Government Abuses: A System Built to Destroy

The actions taken against me by the Obama-Biden administration weren’t just excessive—they were a calculated and deliberate abuse of power. At every turn, the government ignored the law, violated my constitutional rights, and exploited the system to destroy my life and my businesses. These were not isolated missteps. This was systemic overreach enabled by a lack of accountability and a determination to crush me.

The FTC’s misuse of Section 13(b) was at the core of their assault. They relied on this statute to freeze my assets and appoint a receiver, claiming they were acting to protect consumers. But Section 13(b) wasn’t designed for this purpose—it was meant for temporary injunctions, not for seizing funds or dismantling companies. For years, the FTC abused this provision to bypass proper legal channels, and in 2021, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously in AMG Capital Management, LLC v. FTC that the agency had no authority to seek monetary remedies under this statute. By then, the damage to my businesses and my life had already been done.

They didn’t just take my money—they took everything. Without warning, my personal and business accounts were frozen. The court-appointed receiver moved in like an executioner, taking over Redwood Scientific and dismantling its operations. They sold off valuable assets for pennies on the dollar, left vendors unpaid, and sent employees home jobless. Even my family home was nearly sold because I couldn’t pay property taxes or insurance. And through it all, I was denied access to my own funds to pay for legal representation or basic living expenses. The government didn’t just freeze my assets—they froze my ability to fight back.

The abuses didn’t stop at financial ruin. The receiver, acting under the FTC’s orders, conducted warrantless searches of my business premises. They seized confidential files, imaged computers, and accessed privileged communications—all without a court-issued warrant. These actions were clear violations of the Fourth Amendment, which exists to protect individuals from exactly this kind of overreach. Yet in my case, the government acted as if the Constitution didn’t apply.

Perhaps the most egregious violation was the destruction of critical corporate records. The receiver, knowing full well that I was under criminal investigation, authorized the destruction of documents essential to my defense. These records could have exonerated me, proving the lawful operation of my businesses and exposing the government’s baseless claims. Instead, they were destroyed—erased forever—leaving me with no way to present a fair defense. This wasn’t just negligent; it was deliberate sabotage, and it violated my due process rights under the Fifth Amendment.

The abuses didn’t end with the FTC. While the civil case raged on, the Obama-Biden DOJ and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service were working behind the scenes to build a criminal case against me. They used a tactic known as parallel prosecution, which allowed them to exploit the civil process to gather evidence for criminal charges. Through civil discovery, I was forced to produce documents, financial records, and communications. This evidence, gathered under the pretense of the civil case, was then handed over to criminal investigators. It was a clear violation of my rights. The Fifth Amendment protects against self-incrimination, but parallel prosecution weaponizes the system to strip defendants of those protections. The government wasn’t just trying to win—they were trying to destroy me from every angle.

Even the charges themselves were an abuse of power. The DOJ pursued an aggravated identity theft charge against me, despite the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dubin v. United States that clarified the statute doesn’t apply in cases like mine. The charge was baseless, but it served a purpose: to pile on penalties and make my ordeal as painful as possible. This wasn’t justice—it was a campaign of punishment.

Throughout this process, the FTC and DOJ operated with impunity, manipulating the courts and bending the rules to achieve their goals. The FTC misrepresented their intentions to the court, framing their actions as necessary to “protect consumers” while working behind the scenes to dismantle my businesses and build a criminal case. They withheld information, acted in bad faith, and violated the principles of fairness that the justice system is supposed to uphold.

The court-appointed receiver, who should have been a neutral party, acted as an extension of the government. They waived attorney-client privilege without my consent, giving the government access to confidential communications that further undermined my defense. Their role wasn’t to preserve my assets—it was to ensure the government’s agenda was carried out.

And now the receiver is dead.

Their death has robbed me of the chance to put them on the stand and question their actions. There is no opportunity to hold them accountable for the destruction they caused, the assets they mismanaged, or the exculpatory records they destroyed. Without their testimony, I face an uphill battle to prove my innocence against allegations that should never have been made in the first place. The death of the receiver is a tragic reminder that the government’s actions have left me with no recourse, no restitution, and no way to seek justice.

This wasn’t just incompetence—it was a system designed to destroy. Every step of the way, the government violated laws, ignored constitutional protections, and weaponized their power to ensure I had no chance to rebuild. My businesses were ruined, my family was left in financial and emotional ruin, and my reputation was shattered. And for what? To satisfy the agenda of an administration that prioritized punishment over fairness, and control over justice.

This is the America we live in now. An America where the government can take everything from you without due process, leave you with no way to defend yourself, and walk away without consequences. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. And that should terrify us all.

The Receiver’s Reckless Actions

The court-appointed receiver, acting under the Obama-Biden FTC’s orders, was supposed to preserve assets. Instead, they dismantled Redwood Scientific and left vendors unpaid, operations halted, and employees jobless. They sold off valuable assets without regard for their worth, turning a thriving company into ruins.

Even worse, the receiver conducted warrantless searches of my business premises, seizing confidential files and imaging hard drives. These actions were blatant violations of my Fourth Amendment rights, carried out without proper court oversight.

But the most devastating blow came from the destruction of corporate records. The receiver, knowing full well that a criminal investigation was underway, authorized the destruction of documents essential to my defense. These records could have been exculpatory, proving my innocence. Now, they’re gone forever. The receiver’s actions weren’t just negligent—they were deliberate. Their mismanagement left vendors unpaid and contracts unfulfilled, further tarnishing my reputation. Even if I wanted to rebuild, the bridges burned by their actions made it nearly impossible to start again.

The Death of the Receiver: No Accountability for the Damage

The court-appointed receiver, who was supposed to act neutrally to preserve assets, instead became an agent of destruction. Under the direction of the Obama-Biden FTC, the receiver dismantled Redwood Scientific, left vendors unpaid, and liquidated resources that could have been used to rebuild. They failed to responsibly manage my businesses and instead collaborated with the FTC to further its agenda of dismantling everything I had built.

But now the receiver is dead.

Their death has robbed me of the chance to put them on the stand and question their actions. There is no opportunity to hold them accountable for the destruction they caused, the assets they mismanaged, or the exculpatory records they destroyed. These records could have been critical to my defense in both civil and criminal proceedings. Without them, I face an uphill battle to prove my innocence against baseless allegations. The death of the receiver highlights a recurring theme in this case: the government’s actions have left me with no recourse, no restitution, and no way to seek justice. The Obama-Biden administration’s unchecked power has not only ruined my businesses and finances but also ensured that I cannot hold accountable the individuals who carried out these illegal actions on their behalf.

Destroying New Opportunities: The Sabotage of VPL Medical

I am not an advocate for face masks. However, I am a staunch supporter of American manufacturing and the principle that critical goods, especially those tied to our health and national security, should be made in the United States. When COVID-19 hit, it became painfully clear that the United States was not prepared to produce the personal protective equipment (PPE) our citizens needed. Hospitals were overwhelmed, healthcare workers were pleading for protective gear, and shelves were empty. Even worse, we were reliant on China—the very country that unleashed the virus—for masks and other life-saving supplies.

That dependence was unacceptable to me. While I was still under the asset freeze imposed by the Obama-Biden administration’s FTC, I knew I had to do something. I couldn’t sit by while American lives were at risk and our nation’s vulnerabilities were exposed. So, despite the immense challenges I faced, I decided to act. My vision was to create a solution that wouldn’t just help during the pandemic but would also ensure we never had to rely on foreign suppliers like China for critical medical supplies again.

And we did it. We built the largest three-ply mask factory in the United States, producing high-quality, American-made surgical masks. VPL Medical wasn’t just a company—it was a lifeline for America during one of its darkest hours. We secured contracts, including one with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to supply millions of masks to frontline healthcare workers. At a time when Made-in-America PPE was desperately needed, VPL Medical stepped up to the challenge.

But the Obama-Biden government wasn’t finished with me yet.

Early in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, the FTC went back to court, claiming they needed to extend the receivership to include VPL Medical. Let that sink in: while Americans were dying, hospitals were desperate for masks, and the pandemic was raging, the government decided their priority was to shut down one of the largest American PPE manufacturers.

The receiver, appointed by the Obama-Biden FTC, took control of VPL Medical and immediately shut down the factory. The justification? They needed to "evaluate" the company. The result? Contracts were canceled, operations halted, and thousands of masks that could have saved lives were never produced. While the world scrambled for PPE, the U.S. government deliberately sabotaged an American company making masks on American soil. Instead of supporting a vital operation that could save lives, they chose to destroy it. Imagine this: a pandemic sweeping the nation, hospitals running out of PPE, and the U.S. finally having a chance to break free from dependence on foreign-made masks. But instead of seizing that opportunity, the Obama-Biden administration shut down the very factory that could have been the solution. It was a devastating blow—not just to me, but to every American who counted on us.

The FTC’s actions weren’t just a mistake—they were reckless and unforgivable. By shutting down VPL Medical, they not only destroyed a thriving business but also jeopardized lives at a time when every mask mattered. This wasn’t about protecting consumers or enforcing the law—it was about punishment, control, and ensuring that I had no path to rebuild. Even under the weight of the asset freeze and government interference, I was determined to contribute to my country during a crisis. VPL Medical was proof that American innovation and resilience could rise to meet the challenge. But the Obama-Biden government made it clear that they weren’t interested in solutions—they were interested in ensuring that I failed.

To this day, I think about what could have been. Thousands—perhaps millions—of American-made masks could have been produced at VPL Medical during the peak of the pandemic. We could have protected healthcare workers, strengthened our domestic supply chain, and proven that the United States doesn’t need to rely on adversaries like China for critical supplies. Instead, the government’s actions turned a moment of potential triumph into yet another tragedy. The shutdown of VPL Medical wasn’t just a loss for me—it was a loss for America. And it was a stark reminder that unchecked government power can destroy lives, businesses, and opportunities, even in the moments when we need them most.

Parallel Prosecution: A Blatant Violation of Justice

While the FTC waged its civil war against me, the Obama-Biden administration was working in secret to turn their civil case into a criminal one. The FTC, Department of Justice (DOJ), and U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) engaged in a coordinated effort to weaponize the legal system against me, employing a tactic known as parallel prosecution. This wasn’t justice—it was a calculated campaign to destroy me from every angle. Parallel prosecution allowed the government to exploit evidence obtained in the civil case—evidence I was compelled to provide under relaxed discovery rules—and use it to build a criminal case against me. This evidence, gathered under the guise of civil proceedings, was then shared with criminal investigators, violating my Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. It’s a gross abuse of power that undermines fairness and creates a system where the government operates with all the advantages and defendants are left defenseless.

The FTC didn’t just engage in parallel prosecution—they committed outright fraud on the court. They misrepresented their intentions at every turn, claiming that the asset freeze and receivership were necessary to protect consumers. What they failed to disclose was that the FTC was actively coordinating with the DOJ and USPIS to build a criminal case, using the civil litigation as a smokescreen.

The court-appointed receiver, who was supposed to act neutrally, became an agent of this fraud. They used their authority to conduct warrantless searches of my business premises, seize privileged communications, and access confidential records—all without a shred of judicial oversight. The court was kept in the dark about the extent of this coordination, making the entire process a betrayal of the judicial system’s integrity.

Through civil discovery, the FTC compelled me to produce financial records, communications, and internal documents. This evidence, gathered under the relaxed standards of civil procedure, was then handed over to criminal investigators in direct violation of constitutional protections. The DOJ used this evidence to file criminal charges that mirrored the FTC’s civil claims. They even pursued an aggravated identity theft charge against me—a charge the Supreme Court’s decision in Dubin v. United States later clarified doesn’t apply in cases like mine. The government knew the charge was baseless, but they pursued it anyway to pile on penalties, intimidate me, and make my legal battle as expensive and punishing as possible. This tactic, often referred to as “overcharging,” is designed to coerce defendants into accepting plea deals, regardless of their innocence. The receiver’s actions went far beyond mismanagement. They dismantled my businesses, misused funds, and conducted warrantless searches. They seized confidential files, imaged hard drives, and handed over privileged communications to the government. By waiving attorney-client privilege without my consent, the receiver violated one of the most fundamental protections in the legal system, giving the government access to my defense strategy and ensuring I had no fair chance in court.

Perhaps the most egregious violation in this saga was the destruction of exculpatory evidence. The receiver, acting under the FTC’s authority, destroyed critical corporate records that would have disproven the government’s claims and demonstrated the lawful operation of my businesses. These records weren’t just paperwork—they were my proof of innocence. Without them, I was left defenseless against allegations that should never have been made in the first place. The destruction of this evidence wasn’t accidental—it was intentional. The government knew these records were vital to my defense, yet they allowed the receiver to erase them. By doing so, they ensured that I would face an uphill battle at every stage of the proceedings.

The FTC’s actions in civil court, combined with the DOJ’s pursuit of criminal charges, made it clear that this was never about justice. It was about punishment. The government’s goal wasn’t to resolve disputes or protect consumers—it was to destroy me, my businesses, and my reputation. They didn’t care about the collateral damage, the employees left jobless, or the customers who lost access to life-changing products. All they cared about was winning at any cost.

These abuses reveal a deeply broken system. Parallel prosecution, fraud on the court, and the weaponization of civil evidence have created a two-tiered system of justice—one where the government operates with unchecked power while individuals like me are left defenseless. The FTC, DOJ, and USPIS acted not as impartial enforcers of the law but as a coordinated machine designed to crush me and ensure my failure.

These actions weren’t just unethical—they were unconstitutional. The government violated my Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable searches, my Fifth Amendment right to due process, and my Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial. They destroyed evidence, manipulated the courts, and weaponized their power to turn the legal system into a tool of destruction.

Parallel prosecution and the fraud that accompanied it in my case highlight the urgent need for reform. These practices undermine trust in the judicial system, erode constitutional protections, and create a dangerous imbalance of power between the government and individuals. If federal agencies can act as both prosecutor and judge, with no checks or accountability, then no one is safe from their reach.

What happened to me could happen to anyone. It’s not just my fight—it’s a fight for every American who believes in fairness, justice, and the rule of law. We must demand accountability, transparency, and reform to ensure that no one else has to endure the nightmare that I’ve lived through.

Targeted for Standing Up: A Political Vendetta

I truly believe the government’s relentless pursuit of me wasn’t just about my businesses or their alleged concerns over consumer protection—it was political. I was targeted because I am a supporter of President Donald Trump, a vocal advocate for American freedoms, and someone who dared to stand up to the Federal Trade Commission. From the moment I began pushing back against the FTC, it became clear that I had become an enemy in the eyes of the Obama-Biden administration and their sprawling bureaucratic machine. I see the evidence now as I review the details of my case and the orchestrated actions against me. What I’ve uncovered isn’t just a legal battle—it’s a coordinated campaign to destroy me for daring to challenge the system. The Obama-Biden administration’s FTC didn’t just want to enforce the law; they wanted to send a message: anyone who questions their authority, especially someone like me who understands the Constitution and fights for the right to live free in America, will be made an example.

My support for President Trump and my belief in the principles of limited government, personal responsibility, and American entrepreneurship made me a natural target for this administration. At a time when government agencies were being weaponized against political opponents, I became one more casualty in the fight to suppress dissent and silence those who dare to speak out. The Obama-Biden government wasn’t just trying to enforce rules—they were trying to punish me for succeeding, for standing up, and for refusing to back down. The evidence is undeniable. The FTC, DOJ, and USPIS coordinated to dismantle my businesses, freeze my assets, and destroy my ability to rebuild—all while using baseless claims and illegal tactics to achieve their goals. They didn’t just stop at one business; when I started VPL Medical during the COVID-19 pandemic, they came after that too. It didn’t matter that VPL Medical was producing critical American-made PPE or that it was helping save lives. To them, my success was a threat because I continued to fight and refused to be silenced. What I’ve experienced has exposed the underbelly of what many now refer to as the "Deep State." It’s a system that operates beyond public accountability, wielding power unchecked by elections or transparency. This isn’t just about partisan politics—it’s about the erosion of the very freedoms that define America. The Obama-Biden government used their agencies as weapons, not tools of justice, and they went after me for the simple fact that I dared to live and work on my own terms.

My case isn’t just a story of government overreach; it’s a story of a political vendetta waged against someone who stood up for the Constitution and the right to live free in America. It’s about what happens when government agencies abandon their duty to serve the people and instead serve their own agendas. It’s about the price of dissent in a system that punishes those who don’t fall in line. Through it all, I’ve refused to stop fighting. I’ve refused to accept the narrative that the government gets to decide who succeeds and who doesn’t, who gets to speak out and who must remain silent. The FTC and the Obama-Biden administration underestimated one thing: my belief in the American dream is stronger than their attacks. I know what I stand for, and I know that their attempts to destroy me only prove the importance of standing up for what’s right.

This isn’t just my fight—it’s the fight of every American who believes in freedom, justice, and the rule of law. If we allow the government to target individuals for their political beliefs, to destroy businesses for challenging authority, and to weaponize their agencies to silence dissent, then we have lost the very foundation of what makes America great. My story is just one example of what happens when power goes unchecked. It’s a warning to anyone who believes in the values this country was built on.

As I continue to fight, I hold onto one truth: freedom is worth defending. The Constitution is worth standing up for. And no matter how hard they try to break me, I’ll keep moving forward—because that’s what it means to be an American.

This Is the Cost of Obama-Biden Overreach

Unchecked government power is a threat to every American. If it can happen to me—a father, a businessman, and someone trying to make a positive impact—it can happen to anyone. This isn’t just my story; it’s a warning about the future of fairness, justice, and freedom in America.

The government was never meant to grow this big or have this much power. Our nation’s founders understood the dangers of centralized authority, which is why they built safeguards into the Constitution to protect individual liberties and limit the reach of government. Agencies like the FTC and DOJ were created with specific mandates, but over time, they have morphed into something entirely different. They have become tools of control, enforcing rules that many of us don’t even know exist, and punishing people not for crimes, but for daring to challenge their authority. The truth is, big government rarely works in the interests of its people. It becomes self-serving, growing for the sake of growth, creating more rules and regulations to justify its existence. It starts small—perhaps with a local city ordinance or a homeowners’ association rule. A regulation here, a restriction there. Maybe it doesn’t seem like much at first. But over time, it grows. And it grows. And it grows, until the government is so bloated, so invasive, that nearly every American has broken some law they didn’t even know existed. These laws and rules don’t serve the people—they serve the bureaucracy, ensuring that the government remains relevant, powerful, and impossible to challenge.

How did we get here? How did we reach a point where the country I love, the country I believed in, turned against me? It didn’t happen overnight. It starts with the idea that a little more government will solve our problems, that another rule or regulation will make life safer or fairer. But what begins as a small oversight committee grows into an agency with unchecked power. And when these agencies are left unchecked, they run out of control, targeting citizens like me simply because they can. For me, this nightmare began with the FTC using Section 13(b) to freeze my assets. But Section 13(b) wasn’t meant to seize property or shut down businesses—it was meant for temporary injunctions. The FTC had no legal right to take the actions they did. But they acted anyway, because in a system where power goes unchecked, rules don’t matter. What matters is the agency’s agenda. They operated as if they were above the law, and for years, they got away with it.

This isn’t just a story about me. It’s a story about the erosion of freedom in America. It’s about a system so massive and out of control that it destroys the very people it claims to protect. If the government can strip me of my rights, seize my assets, and destroy my businesses without due process, they can do it to you. They can do it to your neighbor, your family, or anyone who dares to stand out or push back. This is the cost of overreach—a cost paid not just by those they target, but by every American who values the principles of liberty and justice. What’s worse is the psychological toll. When your own country turns on you, when you’re forced to fight an uphill battle against the very government that’s supposed to protect you, it makes you question everything. What’s the point of working hard, innovating, and creating opportunities if the government can take it all away in an instant? How do we rebuild faith in a system that punishes the people it’s meant to serve? These are questions every American should be asking, because the answer affects all of us.

We live in a country where there are so many rules, regulations, and obscure laws that it’s nearly impossible to stay compliant. Even the most well-meaning citizen can run afoul of rules they didn’t know existed. These laws aren’t about justice—they’re about control. They’re about justifying the existence of an ever-expanding bureaucracy that feeds off the very people it’s supposed to help. The cost of government overreach isn’t just financial. It’s emotional. It’s moral. It’s the cost of knowing that the freedoms you believed in aren’t as secure as you thought, that the country you trusted can turn against you in a heartbeat. It’s the cost of watching your family suffer, your reputation tarnished, and your life’s work destroyed, all because a faceless bureaucracy decided you were in their way.

This isn’t the America I grew up believing in. But it’s the America we have now—a country where power is concentrated in agencies that answer to no one, where laws are written so broadly that they can be used to target anyone, and where fighting back feels like an impossible task. And yet, we must fight back. Because the alternative is unthinkable. If we allow this to continue, if we let these agencies expand their reach unchecked, we risk losing everything that makes America great. The principles of liberty, fairness, and individual responsibility that this country was built on will be replaced by a system of control, fear, and conformity.

I fought back because I believe in those principles. I believe that America is worth defending, even when its government seems determined to tear people like me down. I believe that the Constitution matters, that freedom matters, and that every American has the right to live, work, and dream without fear of their government coming after them.

The cost of overreach is high, but the cost of silence is even higher. If my story serves as a warning, then let it also serve as a call to action. We must demand accountability, transparency, and reform. We must remember that the government was created to serve the people, not the other way around. And we must never forget that the price of freedom is vigilance—because once it’s gone, it’s nearly impossible to get back.

A Call for Accountability and Reform

Unchecked government power is destroying the middle class, stifling innovation, and eroding the freedoms this country was founded on. Agencies like the FTC and DOJ have become bloated, self-serving entities that exist not to protect the people, but to control them. They weaponize regulations, enforce obscure laws, and punish those who dare to succeed outside their grasp.

The Trump administration’s vision to eliminate unnecessary government agencies is one of the only ways to preserve the American middle class and ensure our country operates as a true democracy. Our founding fathers understood the dangers of centralized power, which is why they built a system designed to limit it. But today, we’ve strayed far from their vision. Agencies like the FTC answer to no one, and their unchecked authority threatens the very fabric of our nation.

This isn’t just about reform—it’s about survival. Agencies like the FTC don’t need more oversight—they need to be dismantled. Their functions, if truly necessary, should be returned to elected representatives who are accountable to the people. Only by eliminating these rogue entities can we restore the principles of liberty, fairness, and opportunity that built this country.

If the government can destroy someone like me, it can destroy anyone. The middle class, the backbone of America, cannot thrive in a system where innovation and entrepreneurship are punished by unaccountable bureaucrats. We must act now to take back our power, eliminate the agencies that have become tools of oppression, and return to the democratic ideals our founders envisioned.

The time to act is now. Without bold action, the American dream will slip further out of reach, and we will be left with a government that serves itself instead of its people.
